Your child was sent home with a letter notifying you that your his/her permanent records will be sent to Hackensack High School.
If your child is going to a high school other than Hackensack, please fill out the attached record release form to let me know where you would like their records sent. Please submit these forms to Guidance by June 1.

Attention 8th Graders:
If you are interested in shadowing at Hackensack High School, please keep in mind that the 3rd week of May will be the final week to do so. Please submit your shadowing request form to Hackensack High School by May 3rd, after that they will not be accepting any more requests to shadow. Request forms are available on the Guidance website or the Guidance office. In addition, if you have submitted the form but not heard back, email Ms. Ferrazzano (firstname.lastname@example.org) at Hackensack to make sure they have received your request. Thank you.
PARENTS/GUARDIANS OF 8TH GRADERS
Your child will be having a conference with me to go over their proposed Freshman schedule at Hackensack High School. Every student will be given a schedule regardless of which high school they plan to attend. They will also automatically be enrolled at HHS until the end of the school year, when we confirm where each student plans to go. Please look over the proposed schedule, sign the bottom of the form, and have your child return it to the Guidance office as soon as possible. Meals on Wheels is an organization that delivers meals to the elderly and homebound who cannot cook or buy food for themselves. The Ninth Grade Applicant Record is due to the Guidance office by Wednesday, November 21. This will allow time for records to be prepared and sent by Guidance to the schools of your choice by their deadline of December 3. For a copy of the form please go to the left-hand side and click on "Catholic High School Information" under the Class of 2019 bar. Midland School will be celebrating the Week of Respect through "Mission:Respect" where we attempt to complete one kind action every day.
Respect personal space: Give the person next to you space as you walk in line today.
Respect your body: Choose a healthy meal or snack at lunch.
Respect your teachers: Ask a teacher what they need help with today.
Respect your family: Think of a way to show respect to someone at home… then do it!
Respect each other: Choose your words wisely.
